Field Service Technician will be assigned a truck and travel daily to customer job sites to repair and maintain equipment. This role requires experienced, responsible technicians who can diagnose and repair equipment working independently. The technician will troubleshoot/diagnose equipment problem and perform repair work on a wide variety of equipment. Repair types can include: complete machine overhauls, minor repairs such as fixing leaks, changing fluids and filters, rebuild components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps. Diagnostics can include: check pressures, check voltage, locate source of noise or vibration. Field Technician will disassemble machine, order parts, make repairs, assemble machine, check machine operation to make sure repairs are complete and confirm problem is fixed and is work ready. Technician will use Anderson’s systems to document work orders, track progress of repairs and order parts. Focus on safety protocols and regulations must be maintained at all times.
