Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field, or a foreign equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
  • Experience in sales operations and inventory management / logistics.
  • Experience in field inventory processes and functions.
  • Experience in supply chain and business processes including requirements planning, distribution, and sales.
  • Experience with information systems, interrelations and tools including Microsoft Office applications, SMS, SNAP, Trello, and Smart Sheets, and the ability to utilize these tools to deliver critical business reporting and applications.
  • Experience with strategic business units and basic manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Day to Day Analysis of inventory management and demand functions.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations and Sales representatives.
  • Assist with development and use of reports for use on-site at distributor to systematically approach demand-driven inventory optimization efforts.
  • Work with sales operations, logistics, and forecasting groups to manage field inventory.
  • Optimization of inventory levels to streamline distribution and logistics.
  • Ad hoc reporting that optimizes communication on key initiatives for distributor.
