About The Position

This role involves working closely with the sales team to manage truck stock inventory using a methodical approach. The Field Inventory Analyst will deliver innovative insights by merging multiple data sets, performing advanced analyses, and creating compelling data visualizations. The position requires strong project management skills to execute project plans, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and communicate with stakeholders. A key focus will be on developing and implementing inventory management solutions and supporting new product launches. The role also involves commercial data management for field inventory, including organizing, cleansing, manipulating, and maintaining large data sets, interpreting information to drive business initiatives and regulations, and calculating key performance indicators for asset management and field inventory optimization. Additionally, the analyst will drive process optimization and quality by ensuring information management systems meet business needs, incorporating quality control procedures, and implementing inventory process controls. Analytical excellence will be demonstrated through creating clear visualizations for non-technical personnel and utilizing critical thinking skills to assess numbers, trends, and data to reach new conclusions. The role also requires reporting and communicating effectively to stakeholders and interfacing closely with cross-functional teams to drive inventory strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2+ years in an analytical role within sales operations, IT, marketing or similar roles.
Strong quantitative skillset including statistical analysis, process design, & data management.
Strong organization and time management skills to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expert multi-tasker able to prioritize across cross functional projects and teams.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
