About The Position

A Field Integrated Marketing Intern drives Microsoft's business objectives through integrated marketing campaigns aligned to globally defined priorities, strategies, and programs. Develops local marketing plans that drive customer demand based on global program availability, functional expertise, and local market knowledge and insights. Ensures marketing plan execution upholds global strategic guidance, regulatory and compliance standards and Microsoft Accessibility and Privacy principles. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Economics, Public Relations or related field.
  • Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area.
  • Coordinates with local teams, including Program Marketing Managers (PMMs), Sales, Communications, Finance, and Business Operations to establish the appropriate marketing plan, with guidance from others on their team.
  • Contributes to the delivery of the marketing plan.
  • Contributes to reports and analysis of customer metrics.
  • Assists with the creation of reports and analyses of customer metrics to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement by collaborating with engine owners.
  • Reads and interprets marketing performance and marketing spend reports, using analytical knowledge to extract insights from data.
  • Interprets business implications of results and reports findings to stakeholders.
  • Assists with orchestrating and completing work needed across local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings.
  • Tracks marketing-related spending against planned estimates.
  • Ensures event or campaign delivery is consistent with marketing plan.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $4600 per month.
