About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join their traveling crew as Field Installers for Tents & Structures. This entry-level position involves the timely installation, safe use, repair, loading, and unloading of tents and related equipment. The role requires physical work, strength, stamina, and the ability to work outdoors. The Field Installer will assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework, and will be trained to operate machinery like forklifts and scissor lifts. Teamwork with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams is essential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and Motor Vehicle Check
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be willing to travel for work (80% travel required, 2-3 weeks on a job site followed by 1 week off)
• Must have basic Hand and Power Tool experience
• Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 plus pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic mathematic skills

Responsibilities

• Timely installation of tents
• Safe use of tents and related equipment
• Installation, takedown, and repairs of fabric structures
• Loading and unloading of equipment supply trucks
• Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework
• Transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets (after certification)
