We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our traveling crew. If you love physical work and the open road, this is the role for you. The "Road Life" Reality Before you apply, make sure you’re ready for the rhythm of the road: 80% Travel: You’ll be on-site for 2–3 weeks, followed by 1 full week off at home. Zero Cost to You: We cover all travel and hotels, plus provide a daily per diem. The Basics: Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and able to pass a drug/background/MVR check (you'll be behind the wheel of a Company F350). As a Field Installer, you aren't just putting up tents—you’re engineered-structure specialists. You will: Build the Big Stuff: Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework. Master the Machinery: Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets. Team Up: Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams. We don’t just give you a job; we give you a career path.
