About The Position

Quiktrak is seeking motivated individuals for flexible, as-needed part-time field inspection work. Inspectors travel between locations, primarily commercial sites, to conduct audits and inspections for banks and finance companies. Assignments typically take 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the job. The role offers paid training and paid travel, and involves working outdoors, visiting different locations, and meeting new people. No nights or weekends are required.

Quiktrak has more than 1,200 inspectors across the United States and Canada. Inspectors use the Revoquest mobile app to document and submit reports, identify equipment, photograph items and visible damage, and interview business contacts. Inspectors must schedule and complete assignments within assigned time frames and finish required online certifications and ongoing training. The position requires travel between locations and the ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours when required.

Requirements

• An Android or iOS smartphone or tablet, or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability during regular business hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor while representing Quiktrak.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours when required.
• Willingness to complete ongoing education and training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a home inspector, floor plan auditor, insurance adjuster, or notary; these backgrounds are not required.

Responsibilities
