About The Position

Quiktrak is seeking motivated individuals for flexible, as-needed part-time field inspection work. The role offers variety, independence, travel between locations, paid training, and paid travel. Inspections are primarily conducted at commercial locations for banks and finance companies, and assignments typically take 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the job. Inspectors schedule and complete work within assigned time frames, using the Revoquest mobile app to submit reports. The position involves travel varying distances and availability during regular business hours, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Have an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet, or be willing to obtain one.
• Be available during regular business hours.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while representing Quiktrak.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Be able to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours when required.
• Be willing to complete ongoing education and training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a home inspector, floor plan auditor, insurance adjuster, or notary; these backgrounds are not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule audits and inspections within assigned time frames.

• Identify equipment using VINs or serial numbers.
• Photograph equipment, property, and visible damage.
• Interview business contacts during inspections.
