About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Field Inspector for the Augusta area to handle steady inspection work in eastern Georgia. This role involves visiting properties, taking photos, noting occupancy status, and submitting short reports via smartphone. Most inspections take 10-20 minutes. Inspectors can choose orders closest to them to optimize their routes. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexible hours and the ability to work alongside other commitments.

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties within the Augusta area (Richmond and Columbia counties).
- Take photos of the property.
- Note whether the property appears occupied or vacant.
- Submit a short report from a smartphone.
- Confirm occupancy by knocking on doors when required.
- Meet deadlines and follow client instructions.
