The inspector sets the tone at adjuster meetings by arriving early, aligning expectations, and presenting a complete, fact-based picture of the damage. Responsibilities include climbing steep, multi-story roofs, capturing precise measurements and photos, and documenting everything in AccuLynx. The inspector partners closely with their Project Manager, keeps appointments on time, and focuses on achieving buy-rate goals for initial and reinspection inspections. The goal is to tell the story of the damage with clarity, help homeowners move forward, and drive results.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder
• Ability to set up and climb ladders
• Ability to inspect steep and multi-story roofs
• Ability to safely navigate exterior environments
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing steep roofs (12' pitch and higher)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AccuLynx
• Prior experience with exterior restorations
• Prior experience with insurance claim inspections

Responsibilities
