About The Position

We're hiring a full-time Field Implementation Specialist to put Sharp on the ground inside the departments we serve. This is the role that determines what a Sharp rollout actually feels like. You are the person walking into a briefing room and earning trust in the first ten minutes. You will execute our rollout system with discipline, represent Sharp Performance with excellence, and leave every department better prepared to engage with the platform than they were when you arrived. This role is built for the road. Expect approximately three weeks per month traveling to customer departments: fly in, execute the rollout, fly out, do it again. You will operate independently, make decisions without waiting for perfect clarity, and own the experience the department has with Sharp.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sharp's rollout system onsite with precision. Lead sessions, manage setup and breakdown, and engage department leadership and staff with confidence.
• Act as the face of Sharp Performance, shaping how a department feels about the platform from day one through your conduct, communication, and handling of pressure.
• Earn credibility quickly with command staff and frontline personnel by speaking clearly and honestly to leadership, reading the room, and adjusting without losing the standard.
• Complete all required post-rollout documentation and handoffs to the Customer Success Manager, capturing what happened, what worked, and what needs follow-up.
• Bring real-world observations back to product, coaching, and leadership to inform product development and improve the platform's relevance to departments.
