About The Position

AgriSteel, a division of Bayland Buildings, Inc. is actively seeking a Field Fabricator-Welder to complete fabrication on our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company! AgriSteel is focused on fabrication and delivery of metal structures for commercial and agricultural markets in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Able to Read, Interpret and Build Parts from Drawings/Prints
• Must be able to Stick Weld- (SMAW)
• Must have knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects periodically (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to operate Forklifts, Scissors and Boom Lifts
• Ability to work overtime periodically
• Will require some Travel

Nice To Haves

• D1.1 Structural Certification is preferred
• CDL or ability to obtain CDL is preferred
• Driver's License (Preferred)
