The Field Executive will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing efforts, as well as educating and managing Beauty Advisors (BAs) in retail locations. This role requires a significant amount of time spent in-store, coaching BAs to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards. The Field Executive will work closely with the Assistant Sales and Operations Manager (ASOM) and other teams to ensure successful program execution and brand representation.
