The Field Executive will be responsible for sales support, marketing support, and education of Beauty Advisors. This role requires spending a minimum of 70% of time in-store, working and coaching BAs. The Field Executive will ensure brand image and visual merchandising standards are met, coordinate promotions and in-store programs, and provide sales reports. Additionally, they will train and develop Beauty Advisors on selling skills, brand stories, and product knowledge, utilizing various learning tools and platforms. The role also involves assisting with recruitment and onboarding of Beauty Advisors and conducting new hire training.
