About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in beauty, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products under prestigious brands. This role focuses on supporting sales and marketing efforts, as well as educating and managing Beauty Advisors (BAs) within retail environments, particularly in the travel retail sector. The Field Executive is expected to spend a significant amount of time in-store, coaching BAs to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

  • B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry.
  • Well groomed.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations.
  • Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Comfortable/Enthusiastic learning new technology platforms.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

  • Review retail sales targets and performance with ASOM.
  • Analyze business performance against sales objectives, trends, and competition.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards.
  • Coordinate and execute promotions, in-store programs, and activities.
  • Ensure BAs are informed about the marketing calendar and promotions.
  • Coach BAs on job functions to achieve sales goals, focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses.
  • Coordinate and execute Newness, promotions, and in-store program setups with ASOM and the Store Design Visual Merchandising team.
  • Monitor product trends, performance, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure go-to-market materials and promotional elements are available on time.
  • Provide promotion reports and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity.
  • Ensure BAs uphold grooming standards.
  • Train and develop Beauty Advisors through counter coaching.
  • Coach BAs on general selling skills, upselling/cross-selling, and productivity improvement.
  • Coach BAs on brand stories, hero products, and brand-specific information.
  • Utilize e-learning platforms to coach BAs on customer experience and sales productivity.
  • Conduct training for Beauty Advisors/Generic Staff in smaller doors.
  • Collaborate with the Education team to develop training/coaching materials.
  • Coach and motivate BAs to drive sales objectives and brand equity.
  • Conduct initial onboarding for new Beauty Advisors in lower tier doors.
  • Spend a minimum of 70% of time in-store, working and coaching BAs.
