Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Demonstrated ability to conduct site inspections and prepare basic cost estimates.
Working knowledge of roofing and exterior systems, materials, and installation practices.
Basic understanding of estimating principles, including material takeoffs and labour costing.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
Proficiency in CRM systems, estimating software, and mobile inspection tools.
Strong communication skills to explain scope, estimates, and next steps to clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and documentation.
Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in construction, roofing, exterior sales, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections to gather measurements and assess project scope for roofing and exterior work.
Prepare detailed estimates for projects.
Document site conditions and ensure accurate information is captured in CRM and estimating systems.
Work directly with clients to explain scope, pricing, and next steps.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth sales to production handoff.
Follow up on opportunities and support project closure.
Ensure a strong customer experience and successful project outcomes.
