The Field Equipment Manager coordinates Galvion's Equipment Operations function and is responsible for the Global Kit Room network. Serving as the organization's equipment logistician, this role ensures all customer-facing equipment is mission-ready, accountable, and available to support Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Technical Demonstrations, Product Evaluations, Training activities, and Trade shows. Working across the organization, the Field Equipment Manager establishes, standardizes and maintains equipment operations, including inventory management, reservations, deployment, logistics, maintenance, refurbishment, and lifecycle management. This position provides a single point of ownership for outward-facing equipment to enable the cross-functional teams to focus on customer engagement rather than equipment coordination. The Field Equipment Manager will develop scalable processes, integrate with current software systems, and provide reporting that maximizes equipment utilization, improve operational readiness, and protect Galvion's investment in demonstration and evaluation assets. The role will also support fielding and tracking of prototype assets, new product introductions, and strategic customer engagements by ensuring equipment is properly configured and available.
