About The Position
We are seeking a Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support for MAC OS (Ventura, Monterey, Sonoma) and Windows 10/11 environments. This role focuses on installation, repair, and maintenance of hardware/software systems, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of technical support or field engineering experience.
- Strong skills in MAC OS (Ventura, Monterey, Sonoma) and Windows 10/11.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Associate Degree or technical certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain MAC OS and Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Provide customer-facing support, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to resolve systemic issues.
- Document service activities and contribute to process improvements.
