General Matter•Paducah, KY

About The Position

General Matter is developing uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production. The company describes itself as a mission-driven, lean team with a culture of urgency, accountability, and transparency. As a Construction Field Engineer, you will work on site in Paducah from the early months of construction on General Matter’s flagship, first-of-a-kind uranium enrichment facility. You will connect design and field execution by translating drawings and specifications into installed work, identifying issues before they affect the schedule, and maintaining records that document how the facility was built. You will join the owner’s team, take on real scopes of work early, and work alongside superintendents, engineers, and the quality team through construction and turnover.
