•$85,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool of Field Engineers at various skill levels for upcoming hiring needs; this posting is not for a currently available specific opportunity. Field Engineers support large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs involving highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Scope and complexity vary with experience. Field Engineers may monitor construction activities, maintain field documentation, verify quantities and payment items, review project documentation, coordinate requests for information, witness testing, check structural work, compare schedule updates with field progress, document changes and claims-related events, oversee work around active facilities, and assist with project close-out. The expected salary range is $85,000–$150,000 per year ($41–$72 per hour). Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, credentials, location, and other circumstances. Luster states that it is committed to an inclusive work environment and provides accommodations for the application process upon request.
