About The Position

Luster is seeking Field Engineers at various skill levels to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water and wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative methods. The role focuses on verifying that installed work conforms to approved documents and maintaining contemporaneous records of construction activities, quantities, testing, field conditions, and issues to support project decisions. This is a posting for future roles rather than a specific currently available opportunity. The minimum qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least five years of field engineering or construction management experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects. The expected salary is $85,000–$150,000 per year ($41–$72 per hour), with the specific offer depending on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
