LEAD - Field Engineer (Midland, TX) 2026 Opportunities
About The Position
The Emerging Talent Program for Field Engineers is designed to guide recent graduates through career-shaping experiences over approximately 36 months. This program involves helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently, with graduates gaining the foundations to make innovative contributions. As a Field Engineer, you will serve as the primary interface between on-site teams and clients, working technically and professionally. You may have the opportunity to lead crews to ensure proper equipment installation, maintenance, and startup, and to exceed customer expectations with jobsite services. The role aims to create reliable, high-quality support for customers through key contributions to the company's future.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months.
- Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future.
- Good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others.
- Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
- Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
- Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site.
- Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.
- Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
