About The Position

This is an Emerging Talent Program for Field Engineers starting in August 2026. The program is designed for recent graduates and takes approximately 36 months to complete. Field Engineers act as the key interface between on-site teams and clients, working technically and professionally to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly, and that jobsite services exceed customer expectations. The role involves coordinating with crew members, solving complex technical problems hands-on at the work site, preparing and documenting equipment, providing support for tenders, and engaging in job shadowing. Program graduates will have the foundations to make innovative and significant contributions to the company's future and help create reliable, high-quality support for customers.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months.
  • Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others.
  • Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
  • Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
  • Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site.
  • Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.
  • Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
