About The Position

This role is part of an Emerging Talent Program: Field Engineering, designed for recent graduates to gain career-shaping experiences over approximately 36 months. The program aims to involve participants in helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently, providing them with the foundations to make innovative contributions. As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between on-site teams and the client, working technically and professionally. You may have the opportunity to lead crews to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly, and that jobsite services exceed customer expectations. The role involves making innovative contributions to the company's future and creating reliable, high-quality support for customers.

Requirements

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months.
Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future.
Good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others.
Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the work site.
Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.
Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
