The role focuses on verifying work in the field against approved documents and maintaining reliable records of installed work, quantities, testing, and field conditions to support project decisions. The actual offer may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location. Luster describes its workplace as inclusive and considers qualified applicants without regard to listed protected characteristics. Positions may be subject to background checks and drug tests after a conditional offer, as allowed by law.
