About The Position

As a key client-facing technician, you will provide on-site repair and support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals across the metro and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with desktop and laptop repairs (break-fix)
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently
- Must possess own reliable car and active car insurance
Nice To Haves
- Background in computer building or assembly
- Experience with a range of PC peripherals
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to assigned service requests for laptop and desktop repairs
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues including hard drive, motherboard, and keyboard replacements
- Perform whole unit swaps and handle PC peripheral repairs or replacements
- Update and close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone and call management system
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism while traveling to various client locations
