Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with break-fix repairs for laptops and desktops
- Strong general knowledge of hardware components and Microsoft applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently
- Reliable personal car and valid car insurance required
- Effective communication and time management abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience in computer building and assembly
- Familiarity with a range of PC peripherals and component swaps
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service requests for laptop and desktop repairs
- Diagnose and replace hardware components such as hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
- Perform full unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals onsite
- Accurately close service tickets in real time using a company-provided mobile device
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through professional, timely service
- Travel to various client sites within the metro and surrounding areas using your own reliable vehicle
