About The Position

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Field Enablement Lead for Sales Excellence & Revenue Methodology, you will serve as a key trusted partner to the Revenue Leadership. Working closely with various internal teams (Sales, Customer Onboarding, Client Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations), you will ensure that all Revenue teams are set up for success and are impacting growth for the company. Managing all sales excellence enablement initiatives, including MEDDPICC as the revenue methodology, your key goal is to skill our Revenue organization to overachieve our goals through well-designed sales execution disciplines and consistent adoption across teams.

Requirements

  • The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, corporate training, or sales
  • Deep & direct experience in implementing, enabling, and coaching on MEDDPICC
  • Strong track record in supporting sales teams in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with demonstrated impact through enablement programs and performance improvement
  • Deep familiarity with operationalizing sales methodology in CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, influence skills, and the ability to coach senior sellers/leaders
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience designing adult learning programs and leveraging instructional design best practices for sales audiences
  • The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

Responsibilities

  • Develops, operationalizes, and continuously improves sales excellence initiatives in the context of MEDDPICC sales methodology through enablement, adoption, and coaching
  • Leads the infusion of sales methodology in the sales stages within the sales process, buyer journey, and activities within sales execution
  • Delivers selling skills and methodology enablement for new hires, both leaders and individual contributors, and drives MEDDPICC certification through a formalized program
  • Leads all initiatives related to operationalization of MEDDPICC in Salesforce and drives automation in partnership with RevOps
  • Creates and maintains high-impact enablement content, including sales methodology and selling skills playbooks, both for leaders and individual contributors. Consistently publishes relevant content for broader usage on the Revenue Knowledge Management platform
  • Gathers feedback and tracks quantitative/qualitative KPIs (ramp time, quota attainment, rep engagement) to leadership through business reviews
  • Supports sales leadership in methodology coaching frameworks to be applied in pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and sales process improvements, embedding MEDDPICC as a core discipline.
  • Leverages AI tools to support the application of MEDDPICC in customer engagement and provides recommendations on seller productivity
