About The Position

The Field Deviation Coordinator is responsible for reviewing deviated items from the field, determining resolutions, and effectively communicating, documenting, and rescheduling installation dates with customers. This role contributes to achieving completion rates by completing tasks and resolving challenges with other departments through appropriate communication.

  • Proficiency in BuildPro or other builder sites for rescheduling EPOs.

Responsibilities

  • Review ART data, Field Notes, and complete shipping of all trucks in FeneVision daily.
  • Notate and maintain daily records of all deviated items in FeneVision, Avanti Maintenance App (Deviations), and builder scheduling systems.
  • Communicate with builders and other departments to resolve deviated items.
  • Send plan checks to Estimating and follow up on solutions for potential Change Orders (CO's).
  • Manage all house packs (non-manufacturing hubs only) and Service and AQC trucks.
  • Communicate all moves to builders via email and/or builder sites (e.g., Supply Pro, Vendor Suite).
  • Maintain all routes, ensuring no outstanding items.
  • Analyze customer service order data, referencing builder data to determine accuracy and efficiencies of written items or requests.
  • Assist with organizing Deviation racks in the warehouse by identifying windows still needed.
  • Maintain and distribute the daily Deviation Report to all departments each morning.
  • Perform customer service duties, including writing all necessary service orders.
  • Follow up on all emails within 2 hours of receipt.
  • Reschedule all EPOs in BuildPro or other builder sites.
  • Accept all EPOs from builders via email and/or builder sites, and communicate with builders.
  • Answer all phone calls in a timely manner, and initiate calls to homeowners, builders, and business partners.
  • Propose improved solutions for increased efficiency in systems, reporting, communication, labeling, etc.
  • Cross-train, share best practices, and continuously learn roles and dynamics of other departments/locations for ongoing growth.
