About The Position

We are looking for a General Laborer to join our growing team. General Laborers are assigned to “general clean-up” duties within the production and grinding operations. We expect general laborers to perform general clean-up tasks in a safe and professional manner and to maintain a professional demeanor when engaging with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs frequently and involving repetitive motion
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk for short periods
• Must be able to bend and stoop throughout the workday (lifting debris, using shovels, etc.)
• Must be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders
• Must be able to work in outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise.
• Must be able to travel to different job locations

Nice To Haves

• Skidsteer, tractor and mower experience preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up duties within the yard production area and/or grinding field sites.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as skid steers, tractors, lawn mowers, and weed-eaters (training provided if needed)
• Conduct basic equipment inspections, and report maintenance needs
• Report all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and processes related to general clean-up duties within the production and job-site area.
• Safety gear is required and expected to be always worn (safety toe shoes/boots, vest, hard hat, & gloves)
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
