Our top jobs are: Repair or Replace: Bathroom Faucet, Toilet, Light Switch, Window, Door Hardware, Kitchen Faucet, Light Fixtures, Exhaust Fan, Garbage Disposal, Pet Door Install, Replace the Microwave Above Stove, Mailbox Replacement, Carpentry Work, Drywall, and Painting. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.

Requirements

• A motivated Craftsman with expertise in multiple trades, including: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile Work, Drywall
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Familiarity with the tools needed for various tasks (not required to own all tools).
• Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, team members, and management.
• Professional Appearance: Clean-cut, organized, and presentable with a reliable vehicle.
• Customer-focused: Proactively identify opportunities for additional work and build lasting trust with clients.
• Punctual, dependable, and demonstrate integrity in all you do.
