Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight management of deugro sub contractor sites
Responsible for managing sub-contractors / service providers performance related to ISO requirements to include evaluations / site audit and documentation related to such
Obtains information or provide quotations and rates for services as required by deugro project groups
Travel as required domestically
Supports operations department and project managers as needed
Monitor compliance with service standard and requirements as per contracts
Responsible for logistics coordination at project site
Responsible for medium term project assignments at jobsites, ports and marshalling yards
Responsible for ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with project-specific SOP’s
Responsible for coordination and prioritize workflow for movement of freight
Establish and identify room for improvement within the area of responsibility and manage the change process
Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results
Develop teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values
Represent deugro USA both externally to clients and internally to the organization in a professional manner
