The Franchise Consultant provides support to Franchisee Instructors. The FC inspects and verifies compliance with company standards for instructional quality, operational and financial key measurements, brand appeal, general maintenance and safety. Works with potential franchisees to guide them through the training process and prepares them to open their Centers successfully. Develops assigned market areas through the development of existing centers and the opening of new centers. While this position is remote, it is a field-based role requiring frequent travel throughout the assigned Arizona territory, primarily across the Phoenix metropolitan area, with additional center coverage in areas such as Tucson and Prescott. Candidates must be able to reliably travel throughout the assigned territory for regular center visits, including visits during after-school hours. Some longer-distance and occasional overnight travel may be required. Residence in a specific city is not required; candidates must be able to consistently meet the territory's travel expectations.
