About The Position

As a Field Construction Technician at CellularOne, you will embrace the adventure of working outdoors, where no day is ever the same! This thrilling position involves excavation, underground construction, civil work, electrical work, fiber work, concrete work, wireless communication tower erection, Line and Antenna installations and upgrades and Microwave backhaul installations and upgrades. Manual dexterity is essential as you'll be handling intricate tools and equipment, alongside maintaining keen vision for both close and distant tasks. Requirements

Completed High School diploma or GED equivalent
Good driving record
Strong ability to work in various climates
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft programs

Nice To Haves

Ability to work weeklong outings
Physically and mental ability to climb various types of towers
Good communication and organizational skills and ability to coordinate with other persons in the industry (Tower owners, customers, engineers, etc.)
Line sweep and PIM test (Anritzu) experience
MW alignment and experience
