About The Position

Responsible for traveling to different locations of the business to ensure the locations are following the laws, regulations, and internal company policies by conducting on-site audits, reviewing documentation, and identifying areas of non-compliance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years’ experience in compliance auditing, regulatory inspections, or related compliance functions
Utilize the Safety Chain program for audit purposes to document the findings
Meticulous review documentation to accurately identify compliance issues
Effectively communicate to supervisor/manager for any needed attention to compliance issues
Basic Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Knowledge of applicable law and industry standards related to company operations.
Public speaking for training
Able to conduct group training
Valid California Driver’s license
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Willingness to travel
Conducting field observations and performing site visits

Responsibilities

Conduct On-site audits
Review documentation at various company locations
Interview employees to measure compliance
Observe operational practices to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policies
Assist TWC with all field operation audits
Document Audit of Farm Labor Contractor Timesheets (may include scanning)
Identify Non-Compliance and report where company policies are not meeting standards
Board Postings: Posts all required labor law notices to boards in various locations
And such other work as may be required to be completed within the department
