The Advisor Platform group within the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office is seeking a Field Compensation Product Strategy & Delivery Senior Manager to lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation product capabilities across advisor channels. This senior product leader will manage a team and own the multi‑year compensation product strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, transparent, and aligned with WIM business objectives and enterprise risk expectations. This role serves as the single point of accountability to align strategy, funding, delivery, and governance for compensation products—driving modernization, consistency, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. The leader will collaborate extensively with Product Owners, HR, Finance, Field Leadership, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to deliver a cohesive compensation ecosystem that supports advisor engagement, retention, and long‑term growth.
