We are seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Manager of Field Communications to join the Store Operations team at Advance Auto Parts. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure clear, consistent, and actionable communication between cross functional stakeholders and our geographically dispersed field and store teams. This role supports the effective execution of operational priorities by translating strategy, initiatives, and changes into field-ready messaging that drives alignment, consistency, and performance at scale. This position works closely with Store Operations leadership, Field Leadership, and cross-functional partners to support operational rollouts, pilots, and ongoing initiatives. The Manager of Field Communications plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution—ensuring store teams understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and how to execute effectively. This is a highly collaborative role with enterprise-wide visibility and direct impact on store execution and team engagement. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and excels at organizing complex or fast-moving information into clear, concise, and practical communications. They demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and an operator mindset. This individual is a self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, respond effectively to time-sensitive needs, and continuously refine communication approaches based on field feedback.
