About The Position

Kardium is seeking a full-time Field Clinical Specialist Trainer to join their team and enhance the readiness of their U.S. Field Clinical Support organization. This role is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality training to equip Field Clinical Specialists with the necessary skills and confidence to support cardiac mapping and ablation procedures. The position involves a hybrid/on-site/remote work arrangement, requiring frequent travel to Vancouver, BC.

Requirements

Strong background in clinical support for medical devices.
5+ years experience in cardiac ablation preferred.
Proven training and facilitation skills and experience delivering in-person hands-on training.
Strong coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex schedules and moving parts across cohorts.
Ability to work cross functionally and comfortable partnering with clinical subject matter experts, product teams and field leadership.
Strong communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics, give direct feedback, manage group dynamics.
Ability to balance structure and flexibility. Can build and follow a plan and adapt when schedules shift, learner needs vary or clinical points of interest are updated.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the delivery of the structured scalable training program that ensures consistent field readiness.
Support the development and maintenance of educational processes and documentation.
Run training sessions for new field clinical specialists.
Support coordination with internal teams to ensure correct equipment availability for training sessions and embedded assessments.
Ensure proper handoff to field managers, collect feedback and maintain gates for learning progression.
