About The Position

Kardium is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to support the commercial launch of its Globe® Pulsed Field System, a medical device for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation. This remote role is based in the United States. The manager will build, manage, and support a team of Field Clinical Specialists who provide clinical expertise and support for the system. The position helps ensure successful product implementation and use in clinical settings, develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and advance the commercial launch. The role is permanent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology, or experience as a Field Trainer.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as appropriate.
• Ability to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel over 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team proficiency in electrophysiology and support for commercial ablation cases.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals during cardiac ablation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrophysiology.
• Travel to clinical sites to support team activities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
