This role is responsible for coordinating claim activity in the territory while driving operational excellence, team performance and quality claim outcomes. Candidates must reside in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Five or more years of field claims experience
  • Significant experience as a multi-line claims professional with exposure to complex claims and field operations
  • Interpret and apply insurance concepts and policy language with advanced technical expertise
  • Adhere to all company procedures, compliance standards and service philosophies
  • Make informed decisions based upon available facts, sound judgment and critical thinking in complex situations
  • Apply effective written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Use computer technology, claims systems and data to drive efficiency, reporting and results
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, technical, teamwork and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of experience leading, coaching or mentoring others in a claims or field environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify staffing needs within the territory and align resources to meet business demands
  • Train and mentor Field Claims associates to drive individual growth and team success
  • Distribute work and agency assignments to ensure timely, accurate and efficient claims handling
  • Monitor quality and compliance of claim file activity within the unit
  • Provide strong leadership, performance management and accountability through coaching and feedback
  • Drive consistency, operational effectiveness and customer-focused claim outcomes across the territory
