The Claims Mitigation Team is a vital part of our mission at JM&A. We ensure that dealer fixed operations departments perform in line with expectations, and are profitable and successful for both our Clients and JM&A. The scope of work continues to grow, and we have the opportunity to work and collaborate with nearly every team within the company. The Field Claims Analyst supports the Claims Mitigation Team by handling administrative, data collection, and preparing work that increases team capacity and improves consistency. The role focuses on gathering and organizing data and presentations containing claims performance information, monitoring requests in a case queue, documenting workflows, and preparing materials that Field Claims Managers use to support dealer partners and internal stakeholders. The position is not client facing and will primarily support Field Claims Managers through strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
