Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face to face with their injured workers and medical providers to facilitate progressive medical treatment and timely return-to-work through advocacy. They act as a liaison and provide communication between all involved parties. This role requires frequent travel and maintaining a home-based office. The ideal candidate will apply medical/clinical or rehabilitation knowledge and experience to assist in managing complex medical conditions, treatment planning, and recovery from illness or injury. This role offers a remote work environment with face-to-face interaction, flexibility, and autonomy while advocating for effective and efficient medical treatment for injured employees.
