About The Position

Volpe Enterprises is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in assigned territories, identifying potential needs for our services, and scheduling appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are self-motivated, and are looking for a role with uncapped earning potential and career growth. You will work in neighborhoods where we have active or recently completed jobs, focusing on homes that may show signs of wear, storm damage, or aging exteriors. Accurate data logging in our CRM app is crucial, and you will be expected to mobilize quickly after weather events to canvass affected areas. Participation in company events like home shows and community events on select weekends may also be required.

• Outgoing and not afraid to approach and converse with prospective clients

• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Work assigned territories door-to-door using a structured daily route
• Focus on neighborhoods where we have active or recently completed jobs to maximize trust and credibility
• Identify homes with visible signs of wear, storm damage, or aging exteriors - and lead with a helpful, consultative approach
• Accurately log every door knock, contact, and appointment in our CRM app at the end of each shift
• Mobilize quickly after weather events (hail, wind, heavy rain) to canvass affected neighborhoods within 24-48 hours
• Staff company booths at home shows and community events on select weekends
