About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador. This role involves engaging with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. The ambassador will introduce remodeling services and special offers, generate interest, and schedule free in-home product demonstrations. This position is seen as a stepping-stone into a career in management or sales. Requirements

No experience required!
Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
Availability to work afternoons and weekends
Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities

Nice To Haves

Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
