Requirements

A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
A confident team player who can work independently

1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Responsibilities

Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
Set up and dismantle event booths as required
