About The Position
TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Their mission is to create opportunities for supported individuals, encouraging inclusion and ensuring they live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community. TCH’s Employment Services aims to help individuals with disabilities develop necessary job skills and remove barriers for successful employment. Services are tailored to each person's needs, interests, and preferred learning methods to match them with ideal employment. As a Field Associate, individuals will have opportunities to work at various businesses.
