As a Field Agronomist II in Glyndon, MN, you work with research and commercial brand teams to develop short- and long-term testing programs for experimental and commercial products and hybrids. You monitor product development throughout the season, collecting biological information and data from field and strip plots and presenting agronomic insights to research and commercial stakeholders. You arrange and conduct plot tours, provide product knowledge to support hybrid and product evaluation, and make recommendations that guide new product and hybrid development. You leverage your technical expertise in applied field research and agronomic science to provide technical leadership and robust data in support of product registration and technical sales, helping deliver outstanding product outcomes and customer experiences.
