About The Position

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Administrator for a private school. This part-time position will manage the student meal card program, handling an average of 650-700 transactions daily. The role also involves providing support during meal service, including light food packaging, assembly, catering set-up, and delivery. Brock & Company is a premier provider of contract food management to private schools and corporations, committed to delivering outstanding quality and service.

Requirements

  • Highly developed math acumen
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate POS system position and results in a clear manner
  • Previous experience with Cashiering/POS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Customer focus and service orientation
  • Remain professional and use discretion with sensitive information
  • Tolerance of non-traditional work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate or degree in Accounting or similar field
  • Experience with MySchoolBucks and/or Heartland Mosaic

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client's POS package.
  • Manage and reconcile client's users account balances.
  • Interface with client, parents, and students on account balance issues.
  • Assist with catering event set-up and break down.
  • Assist with serving and clean-up.
  • Assist with basic food/beverage preparation.
  • Assist with serving area line flow during meal service.
  • Help with replenishing packaged retail products.
