Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand customer and market share in your territory.
  • Achieve or exceed individual closed-won quota consistently while maintaining a robust pipeline equating to [3-4x] of expected throughput.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting and field sales activities to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, providing exceptional service and resolving escalations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads and cross-functional teams to drive account-based marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative updates on pipeline health and pacing to quota during weekly sales calls.
  • Deliver effective presentations, solution proposals, and negotiations tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless hand-offs to onboarding/success teams post-sale.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to inform Product Marketing and improve offerings.
