The Field Access Manager (FAM) is a non-promotional, field-based reimbursement and patient access expert responsible for educating healthcare providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and Company-sponsored patient support programs to facilitate timely and appropriate patient access to therapy. This role supports nephrology and transplant therapies, partnering with hospitals, academic medical centers, transplant teams, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to navigate the complexities of patient access. The incumbent collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Support, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales Strategy Operations teams to identify reimbursement barriers, improve patient access, and optimize the customer experience while ensuring all activities remain compliant with Company policies and applicable healthcare regulations. The region for this position encompasses Florida and Puerto Rico. Bilingual (English / Spanish) capabilities strongly preferred. The base compensation range for this role is $190-210K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
